Exabytes Cockroach Startup Program is a brainchild of Exabytes, created with the objective of assisting and empowering great ideas and entrepreneurs in the country, maximizing their potential so that they can be all they could be. Find out more
Why Cockroach?
The name ‘cockroach’ was chosen to highlight the desired qualities of ideal startups – resilient, highly adaptable and equipped to overcome challenges – made possible by building a strong foundation for the business before working its way to the top.
As you can see from the picture above, Exabytes Cockroach Startup Program banner is up at the CAT building @ Penang. CAT is a community of startup entrepreneurs, creatives and techies in Penang and beyond.
It consists of collaborative co-working space and they also offer mentorship, incubation, workshops, events, networking and corporate innovation labs that aspire to help businesses transcend success toward building a sustainable tech startup ecosystem in Penang.
One of our accelerator partners, The Founder Institute (FI) offers a 4-month curriculum which consists of weekly training courses and business-building assignments at ACAT Penang.

The Launchpad is a brand new co-working & event space, setup to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cyberjaya. Striving to build a great tech community in Cyberjaya, it has in-house experts to provide business support services to its members.
